The position:

As part of the development of our clients' activities in the defense and aeronautics sectors, we are looking for a Test & Validation Engineer to guarantee the compliance and performance of high-criticality systems and equipment.

You will intervene across the entire validation cycle, from the definition of test strategies to the analysis of results, in close connection with R&D, quality, and production teams.

Your responsibilities Define validation plans and test strategies (functional, environmental, mechanical, EMC?) Write test protocols and procedures Prepare, manage, and carry out test campaigns (laboratory, benches, field) Analyze results and write test reports Identify deviations, anomalies, and propose corrective actions Participate in validation reviews and certification processes Ensure traceability and compliance with client and regulatory requirements

Profile sought:

Your profile

Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in electronics, mechanics, embedded systems, or equivalent First experience in testing/validation, ideally in aeronautics or defense Knowledge of testing means and measurement instruments Mastery of validation methods and data analysis Knowledge of standards and certifications (DO-160, MIL-STD, etc.) appreciated Technical English required Rigor, analytical mindset, and autonomy
