The position:
As part of the development of our clients' activities in the defense and aeronautics sectors, we are looking for an Automation Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize automated production means.
You will work on highly technical industrial equipment, ensuring its performance, reliability, and compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Your responsibilities Design and develop PLC programs and supervision systems (SCADA/HMI) Participate in the definition and implementation of automated production means Ensure equipment commissioning (FAT/SAT, on-site fine-tuning) Diagnose and resolve breakdowns or malfunctions Optimize installation performance (cycle time, reliability, OEE) Write technical documentation (functional analyses, technical files) Collaborate with methods, maintenance, production teams, and suppliers Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial requirements
Profile sought:
Your profile Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in automation, electrical engineering, or industrial systems First experience in industrial automation, ideally in an aeronautical or demanding industrial environment Mastery of PLCs (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell') and supervision tools Knowledge of industrial networks and instrumentation Technical English required Rigor, autonomy, and the ability to work in project mode
