Job Description In the role of Requirements Lead, you will work in close collaboration with business architects and process leaders to coordinate and drive the work of capturing a comprehensive requirements picture.

We see that you are accustomed to working with complex, regulation-driven business projects and have extensive experience in setting up structure in requirements tools. You are an experienced workshop leader with a good ability to engage all stakeholders and feel confident in documenting and communicating in a manageable and practical way. We see that through your experience, you can contribute with methodological support for the business in requirements gathering.

You shall support the business in identifying, formulating, documenting, and quality assuring requirements to ensure a complete set of requirements with both functional and non-functional requirements.

You shall ensure that the requirements specification is traceable, quality assured, and effectively communicated between the business, project management, and suppliers.

You are accustomed to working with identifying, analyzing, describing, and quality assuring requirements for systems, processes, or services. The role is intended to function as a bridge between the business and IT and ensure that what is developed corresponds to real needs.

• Map and analyze the business's needs related to quality and security requirements.
• Identify and formulate non-functional requirements based on standards, legal requirements, and business goals (e.g., ISO 25010, ISO 27001, WCAG, GDPR).

• Develop a structure in requirements tools as well as populate them with requirements documentation that is traceable all the way through development, testing, and production deployment.

• Ensure that there are clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical specialists, architects, and business representatives to ensure correct and realizable requirements.

• Collaborate with the test team to ensure good verification principles.

Mandatory Requirements: 1. The consultant shall have a university/college education in computer science, informatics, or an engineering education in electrical/data or equivalent education. 2. The consultant shall have at least 10 years of experience in requirements analysis and requirements management and thus work with both functional and non-functional requirements in agile development. 3. The consultant shall have at least 5 years of professional experience in requirements specification in business projects with significant elements of regulatory compliance. 4. The consultant shall have at least 10 years of experience working with relevant standards where GDPR, WCAG, OWASP, ITIL, ISO 25010 have been included. 5. The consultant shall have at least 10 years of experience facilitating workshops and collecting requirements from both business and Technology. 6. The consultant shall have at least 3 years of experience in developing and documenting workflows and processes as well as configuring requirements tools (e.g., ADOS, JIRA) for the purpose of creating traceability. 7. The consultant shall have a good ability to express themselves in speech and writing in English.

Meritorious: 1. Certification in requirements analysis (e.g., REQB, IREB, BABOK/CBAP). Certificates must be attached to fulfill requirements. 2. At least 5 years of experience in test management and development of test cases based on acceptance criteria in requirements. 3. Experience of enterprise architecture or data management. 4. At least 3 years of professional experience in methodological support during agile requirements development. 5. At least 6 years of experience working in a government agency or public sector.
