Presale / Technical Consultant / Technical Support

1. Work with Sales to gather Technical Requirements from customers in order to propose Solutions that meet customer needs
2. Support technical documentation such as BOM, TOR, and Proposal to present Solutions to customers
3. Coordinate technical matters with the company's Vendors or Partners to propose Solutions to customers
4. Manage projects to ensure successful completion until delivery to the customer
5. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Gender: Male / Female Age: Not exceeding 35 years old Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Electrical Communication, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related fields Have at least 1 year of experience in various technical fields such as System Infrastructure, Network Infrastructure, Network Security, Software Development, or other related systems Have communication and technical presentation skills to make complex information easy to understand Have a good attitude and interpersonal skills, and can work in a team Able to learn quickly, diligent, patient, and responsible Have good English language skills
