Field Service Technician / Refrigeration Technician (m/f/d)

As a Field Service Technician (m/f/d), you will be deployed directly at the customer's site and will be the face of technotrans - throughout Germany, partly Europe, and optionally worldwide. You will take on responsibility, solve technical challenges on-site, and ensure that our individual products run reliably – in a practical, independent, and varied manner.

This is what your daily work looks like: On Monday morning, you start directly from home – with your own, fully equipped VW service van.

• Thanks to the deployment planning by the inside sales team, you have full planning certainty 1–2 weeks in advance.
• You are never on the road alone: Your team in the inside sales department supports you technically, stands by your side at all times, and has your back.
• On Friday, you are back again – the weekend belongs to you!

• Technical Contact Person: You are our professional on-site and maintain communication with our customers at eye level.
• Commissioning & Maintenance: Whether systems or machines – you ensure that everything runs, and you take over maintenance and repairs.

You know what counts:

• Technical know-how: Training as a Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) for refrigeration technology or as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or comparable technical training including electrical knowledge and refrigeration certificate.
• Experience in technical service: Professional experience in technical customer service.
• Mobility: Class B driver's license and 100% willingness to travel Mon-Fri with hotel overnight stays - throughout Germany, partly Europe, optionally worldwide.
• Confident communication: English skills for customer conversations.
• Strong personality: High customer orientation, flexibility, and organizational talent.
