As a Service Technician (m/f/d) in field service, you will be deployed directly at the customer's site and be the face of technotrans - throughout Germany, partly Europe, optionally worldwide. You will take on responsibility, solve technical challenges on-site, and ensure that our individual products run reliably – practically, independently, and with variety.

This is what your working day looks like: On Monday morning, you start directly from home – with your own, fully equipped VW service van.

• Thanks to the deployment planning by the office staff, you have full planning certainty 1–2 weeks in advance.
• You are never on the road alone: Your team in the office supports you technically, stands by your side at all times, and has your back.
• On Friday, you are back again – the weekend belongs to you!

• Technical know-how: Training as a Mechatroniker or Elektroniker (m/f/d) and sound electrical knowledge – preferably with additional qualification as an Elektrofachkraft.
• Curiosity for technology: You want to develop professionally – you will learn refrigeration technology with us, and you will receive the refrigeration certificate from us on top.
• Experience in customer contact: Many years of experience in technical customer service as a Service Technician (m/f/d) in field service - e.g., in the field of household appliance technology.
• Communication & Mobility: English skills for customer conversations, driving license class B and 100% readiness to travel from Mon-Fri with hotel overnight stays - throughout Germany, partly Europe, optionally worldwide.
• Strong personality: Customer-oriented, flexible & well-organized.
