Project Manager (m/f/d) Metal System Construction

Since 1995, TECHNOSERVICE has been supporting customers from the fields of special machine construction, automation technology, and automotive, and within personnel consulting, handles targeted recruitment for final job placement – both nationally and internationally.

For our customer, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) with prior knowledge in construction technology, metal/steel construction, or architecture to provide support.

The decision of whether you join our customer directly or start through us initially lies solely with you. The conditions are the same and are communicated openly by the customer.

The following activities are part of your tasks:

• Participation in the preparation/elaboration of offers for construction projects up to complete processing until final billing
• Instruction and leadership of project employees
• Schedule planning in coordination with the construction management
• Coordination of assembly and subcontractors during construction execution as well as acceptance of work performed
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Contact person for technical consulting and customer support

Your qualification:

• State-certified technician (m/f/d) or engineer (m/f/d) from the fields of steel/metal construction, cleanroom, supply technology, or similar disciplines with initial experience in project management
• Practical knowledge in calculation, contract law, the service phases in construction planning according to VOB and HOAI, as well as in handling AutoCAD/Revit
• Good English skills
• Independent and structured way of working as well as communicative and confident appearance
