Project Manager M/F

In order to pursue our development in the field of Data Centers, we are looking for a Project Manager M/F.

Reporting to the head of the Data Center Business Unit, you will act as a true driving force for your team in charge of managing the construction of electrical infrastructures.

You will ensure responsibility for projects from a financial, technical, and client relationship perspective.

Your main missions are as follows:

• Analyze tender specifications in order to respond with technical solutions (with the support of technical managers),
• Manage the project from the beginning, build and estimate projects with a dual objective: optimize customer satisfaction and guarantee sufficient margin,
• Promote and maintain lasting and fruitful relationships with clients and suppliers,
• Motivate and supervise your colleagues and subcontractors,
• Participate in strategic monitoring and technological watch,
• Occasionally assist the sales team with offer negotiations,
• Participate in the preparation of the Business Unit's annual budget.

• With an Engineering degree in industrial engineering or equivalent, you have at least 6 years of experience in industrial or construction project management, financial project management, and team management.
• Your ability to establish contact and build lasting professional relationships allows you to gain the trust of your clients.
• A leader and reliable, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory (English-speaking environment).
