QA Technician

Job Descriptions

1. Perform product testing, electrical measurements and visual/dimensional inspections of probe cards to specified standards before shipment. 2. Operate QA equipment such as lapping machine, microscopes and inspection tools, following established work instructions. 3. Record test result, inspection data and non-conformances accurately in the relevant systems and quality records. 4. Carry out basic equipment maintenance, calibration checks, housekeeping, and report abnormalities to the supervisor. 5. Ensure smooth handover between shifts, so that job issues and priorities are clear.

Requirements

1. Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in QA, testing or inspection within the semiconductor or electronics industry. 2. Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
