Sales Representative (Field Service)

Since 1980, technometall EDELSTAHL has proven itself as a reliable supplier of a wide range of stainless steel (Niro) products. Our program corresponds to numerous application focuses for industry, commerce, construction, architecture, and design. Renowned stainless steel manufacturers and plants are among our long-standing suppliers. On a storage area of

more than 4,000 m2, we manage many common EDELSTAHL items and additionally act as a supplier for customer-specific EDELSTAHL special productions and special constructions!

We are looking for 1 Sales Representative (Field Service) Tasks and responsibilities:

• Representation of the company in the market in a professional, helpful, and expert manner.

• Active market development through strategic identification and successful acquisition of new customers.

• Support of existing customers and continuous expansion of customer relationships in the Austrian market.

• Efficient management of the sales process from the creation of quotations to the conclusion of contracts.

• Negotiations with customers with the goal of a positive solution regarding complaints and claims.

• Creation and maintenance of relevant documents in the sales area.

• Continuous acquisition, maintenance, and expansion of a personal understanding of the advantages, features, and uses of our products, competitor products, and market conditions.
