Inside Sales Representative

Since 1980, technometall EDELSTAHL has proven itself as a reliable supplier of a wide range of stainless steel (Niro) products. Our program corresponds to numerous application focuses for industry, commerce, construction, architecture, and design. Renowned stainless steel manufacturers and plants are among our long-standing suppliers. On a storage area of more than 4,000 m2, we manage many common EDELSTAHL items

and additionally act as a supplier for customer-specific EDELSTAHL special productions and special constructions!

We are looking for 1 Inside Sales Representative Tasks and responsibilities:

• Execution of various administrative tasks in sales for the Austrian-German market

• Recording, processing, and archiving of data and sales-related documentation,

• Preparation of offers as well as order processing upon instruction from the sales employee or the department manager

• Preparation of the corresponding accompanying documentation (certificates, declarations of origin, etc.)

• Processing of complaints as well as management of receivables,

• Coordination of logistical activities.

What we expect:

• At least Matura degree in a technical or social science field

• The monthly salary is between 3,000 and 4,500 Euro, depending on experience and qualification

• Knowledge of the sales process as well as at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position

• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing

• Slavic language skills (e.g., Slovenian, Croatian, etc.) are an advantage

• Good organizational skills, accuracy, reliability, as well as a high degree of responsibility

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
