Consultant Finance & Digital Transformation ERP (M/F)

For over 20 years, we have been supporting SMEs and mid-caps in modernizing their processes through Microsoft solutions. Today, we are looking for an accounting or finance professional who wishes to give a new dimension to their career by supporting companies in their ERP projects. No prior experience in a consulting firm is required: we are primarily looking for solid business expertise, curiosity, and a desire to learn.

Your future profession

You will support financial, accounting, and operational departments in improving their processes and deploying the Microsoft Business Central ERP. Concretely, you will be required to:

• Understand and analyze client needs;
• Lead workshops with business teams and challenge existing processes;
• Advise and guide clients in their functional and organizational choices, proposing solutions adapted to their challenges;
• Participate in the configuration of the Business Central ERP;
• Perform testing and support acceptance phases;
• Train users and facilitate the adoption of new tools;
• Support teams during go-lives and solution evolutions.

This position is for you if

You have significant experience in one of the following areas:

• Accounting;
• Management control;

We will particularly appreciate applications from people who have:

• Worked in several business sectors, notably in industry;
• Participated in a change management project or an ERP deployment;
• Been a business referent, key user, or project manager on the client side;
• Contributed to the digitalization of financial or accounting processes.

The skills we are looking for:

Essential

• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial management;
• Good understanding of business processes;
• Analytical and synthesis skills;
• Sense of service and consulting;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork;
• Professional English level (B2).

A real plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
• Experience with another ERP (SAP, Sage X3, Sage 1000, Cegid, Oracle, Infor, etc.);
