Job Description

Inspection Job highlights:

  1. Management High-Risk Inspection: Conduct joint inspections of operator data centers based on Client's high-risk inspection standards to thoroughly investigate potential risks in critical equipment.
  2. External Line Inspection: Inspect external power and water supply routes to identify any external hazards.
  3. Routine Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of managed operator data centers, audit inspection quality, and identify any significant events, alarms, or faults.

Management Job highlights:

  1. Plan Review: Review change plans to ensure they meet Client's management requirements regarding timelines, data completeness, content integrity, and feasibility.
  2. Change Assessment: Organize change assessment meetings for operators, submit change plans, and follow up on expert review opinions.

2a. Implementation Follow-up: Conduct on-site preparation checks, material verification, and tool verification before changes are implemented. Follow up on the compliance of important changes and compile major change reports.

  1. Maintenance Management:

3a. Develop tracking plans based on maintenance classification levels to achieve full-volume tracking of important maintenance and sample-based tracking of minor maintenance. 3b. Output maintenance quality supervision reports based on tracking results to urge operators to complete maintenance in accordance with quality, quantity, and specifications. 3c. Conduct annual rounds of inspections to identify key maintenance equipment in managed data centers. Benchmark against Client's self-built data center maintenance frequency and standards to check on-site maintenance compliance rates and assist data managers in promoting operators to implement maintenance according to Client's standards. 3d. Assist data managers in reviewing annual maintenance plans, outputting review opinions, and categorizing maintenance by type and level for easy tracking.

  1. Exercise Management:

4a. Plan Review: Collect and review exercise plans, providing review opinions based on data center characteristics and risk points. Classify and categorize exercises according to type and importance, selecting those requiring follow-up. 4b. Implementation Follow-up: Monitor the entire exercise process on-site, using a probing approach to assess the familiarity of participants and non-participants with the exercise. Output an exercise quality feedback report based on on-site observation and questioning. 4c. Quality Audit: Collect and compile completed exercise summary reports, outputting an overall exercise quality evaluation. 4d. Incident Management: Major Incident Follow-up, monitor the handling of major incidents/failures on-site, recording key milestones and identifying potential risk events during the reporting process. 4d(i). Progress Follow-up: Track the resolution progress of unclosed incidents/failures, root cause analysis, incident review, and full-scale investigation.

  1. Configuration Management:

5a. Conduct a full check of all access test points in the managed data centers as required, identify and correct any omissions in the test point accuracy and devicedb configuration table reconstruction, and assist data management in continuously resolving data errors. 5b. Verify and correct the accuracy of configuration data for all systems in the managed data centers to ensure accurate system configurations. Improve data quality through technical means, optimize data processing workflows and data quality, ensure data accuracy and consistency, build tools and processes to ensure data compliance, and explore the value of data assets.Document Management: The service provider manages all documents and materials related to the infrastructure of Client's data centers as required, including but not limited to various operation and maintenance systems, SOP/MOP/EOP and other standard specification documents, as well as inspection records, fault handling records, maintenance records, material entry and exit records, software parameters, data, asset documents, audit documents, and other related content.

  1. Comprehensive Management:

6a. Implement and support the acceptance of various miscellaneous engineering and renovation projects on-site. 6b. Statistically analyze the over-power status of IT racks in the managed data centers. 6c. Provide support for various health status checks and user-initiated internal audits in the managed data centers. 6d. Continuously track operational quality issues discovered during various special inspections of the managed data centers to ensure that operators implement improvements according to commitments. 6e. Service providers should cooperate with Client to regularly optimize data center operations, maintenance, and energy efficiency, including but not limited to improving data center operational quality, increasing data center operational efficiency, improving personnel work efficiency, optimizing data center resource utilization, and reducing data center operating costs.

Operational Optimization highlights:

1a. Operational Method Optimization: Continuously optimize data center operation and maintenance management methods and processes to improve data center operational quality. 1b. Operation and Maintenance Efficiency Optimization: Improve operation and maintenance efficiency and personnel efficiency through process optimization and tool optimization. 1c. Resource Utilization Optimization: Optimize the utilization rate of data center power, cooling, and rack resources to improve data center resource utilization efficiency. 1d. Energy Saving Optimization: Cooperate with Client to carry out data center energy saving optimization work and continuously improve energy utilization efficiency. 1e. Cost Optimization: Reduce the overall operating cost of the data center through operational strategy optimization and resource optimization.

Temporary Support: Special Investigation highlights:

Cooperate in completing relevant special investigation work. 1a. Data Statistics: Complete data statistics related to data center infrastructure operation as required, such as power consumption data, rack usage data, etc. 1b. Inspection and Audit: Complete on-site inspections as required, and cooperate with Client to complete infrastructure-related audit work, such as various health status checks of the data center, user-initiated internal audits, etc. 1c. Improvement: Implement and provide acceptance support for various miscellaneous engineering improvement works on site.
