Quantity Surveyor (Lighting)

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre & post contract management.
• Evaluation of tender & preparation of tender submission & BQ.
• Attend tender interviews.
• Prepare Cost estimation.
• Monitor progress claims submitted by subcontractors and prepare payment certificates accordingly.
• Provide support to the Tender & Contracts Department as required.
• Assist with procurement activities, attend site meetings, monitor deliveries, and track overall project progress and timelines.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building or construction industry is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Knowledge of contract administration and tender procedures will be an advantage.
