Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to procure goods and services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations for pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors, establishing and managing strong contractual agreements.
Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Purchase Order Management: Process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
Cost Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends, suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities within the procurement landscape.
Inventory Support: Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient material flow.
Manufacturing Experience : Deal with argent Requests needed for Production - all manufacturing department and arrange it on Time.
Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Procurement , Purchasing , and Supplier Relationship Management , along with proficiency in various ERP Systems , to drive excellence in our operations. Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? We are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a dedicated purchasing or procurement role, ideally within a fast-paced industry.
Core Competencies: Demonstrated proficiency in Procurement , Purchasing , Supplier Relationship Management , and Negotiation .
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for purchasing and inventory management.
Analytical Prowess: Strong skills in Data Analysis and Cost Reduction methodologies to drive efficient purchasing decisions.
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
