- Showroom sales role handling professional audio equipment and musical instruments within wholesale/retail/project operations.
- Shop Sales Executive position requiring customer-facing sales, ERP usage, invoicing and basic accounting tasks.
- Attend and track customers; assist with requirements and direct them to the correct person or department
- Answer enquiries in person, by phone and email
- Use ERP system for entries, documentation, invoicing, and reports
- Receive payments (various modes), invoice, and handle petty cash
- Deal with incoming and outgoing posts and deliveries
- Assist in sales coordination activities including report generation
- Learn about new products and solutions
- Arrange and maintain product display racks to ensure products are well-organized, properly displayed, and presentable to customers.
- Education: Degree / Diploma
- Arabic Speaker
- Experience with Public Address Systems, Pro Audio, Musical Instruments
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE
- ERP Software Experience (Quotations, Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills- friendly, organized, empathetic & attentive.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office package
- Excellent Communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Accounting Knowledge
