As a Field Service Engineer, you are the primary point of contact for customers when technical support is needed. You travel to customers all over the world to perform maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and provide training.

Your duties include:

• Analyzing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions;
• Performing maintenance work on production lines;
• Commissioning machines and installations;
• Training operators and technical staff;
• Advising customers on maintenance and spare parts;
• Collaborating with internal specialists to solve complex issues.

Job Requirements

• A completed mbo+ or hbo education in Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, or a similar technical field;
• Strong technical insight and affinity with mechanical technology;
• Analytical ability to diagnose malfunctions quickly and in a structured manner;
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 80% of the time, sometimes for several consecutive weeks;
• Good command of the English language;
• An independent, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented working attitude.

Experience with extrusietechnologie is a plus, but not a requirement.

What we offer

• Salary between €3.500 and €5.000 gross per month, depending on experience;
