Job Description

As a diagnosis specialist, you go beyond classic wrench work. You work on IVECO vans and trucks, but primarily on the technical puzzles hidden under the hood. You can count on a varied set of tasks:

• You perform maintenance and repairs on vans and trucks
• You tackle mechanical problems, from a headlight to a battery
• You diagnose technical faults and search for the actual cause
• You read electrical diagrams and work with professional diagnosis equipment
• You analyze recurring problems and contribute ideas for a sustainable solution
• You perform maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs according to the schedule
• You consult with colleagues when a task needs to be scheduled or postponed
• You get the opportunity to independently master more and more systems and techniques

You don't need to know everything already. Do you mainly have experience with diagnoses in another technical environment today? Even then, your knowledge can form a strong foundation here.

You are someone who doesn't just replace parts, but first wants to understand exactly what is going on.

• You have experience with making technical diagnoses
• You possess a good mechanical foundation
• You can read electrical diagrams or want to learn this further
• You reason logically and enjoy searching for the cause of a problem
• Preferably, you have experience with commercial vehicles
• Experience with vans or trucks is a plus
• You speak sufficient English to follow technical training and documentation
• A classic technical education is not a must if you have built up your knowledge through practice or experience
