Chief Technical Officer

Your tasks

• Develop and implement the company's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead and manage software development, IT infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and other technical teams.
• Oversee software product development, system architecture, deployment, and maintenance.
• Evaluate, select, implement, and optimize technology tools, platforms, and internal systems.
• Establish technical processes, departmental goals, performance standards, and staff training programs.
• Supervise cybersecurity, data protection, system reliability, and DevOps best practices.
• Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with executive management, product teams, and business units on technology decisions.
• Drive research, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Monitor project delivery, system performance, and customer experience improvements.
• Support technical recruitment, mentorship, and professional development across engineering teams.
• Identify technology risks and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• HND in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6–8years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in technical leadership.
