Marketing Specialist
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support T.E.S.'s business objectives and sales strategy.
Create and manage marketing content, including brochures, company profiles, case studies, technical presentations, newsletters, and digital assets.
Manage and maintain the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and up-to-date content.
Plan and coordinate the company's participation in industrial exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Support the Sales team by preparing marketing materials, proposals, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, digital agencies, and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other relevant B2B channels.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage customer databases and marketing leads through CRM systems and support lead nurturing initiatives.
Ensure all marketing communications comply with T.E.S. corporate identity and brand guidelines.
Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to promote T.E.S. as a preferred engineering employer.
Coordinate internal marketing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and corporate culture.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical information into professional and customer-focused marketing content.
Contribute innovative marketing ideas that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event management is highly preferred.
Familiarity with industrial markets and engineering services is considered an advantage.
