REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary vocational education or higher
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) – mandatory
• B category driver's license – mandatory
• Good knowledge of computer work (MS Office, e-mail communication)
• Organization, communication skills, and the ability to work independently

Job Description:

• Planning and implementing the procurement process of materials, tools, and consumables required for the production of metal structures
• Preparation and sending of inquiries to suppliers, collecting and comparing offers
• Negotiating prices, delivery deadlines, and payment terms
• Issuing purchase orders and monitoring order fulfillment
• Communication and maintaining relationships with domestic and foreign suppliers
• Control and monitoring of inventory in cooperation with the warehouse and production
• Participating in material needs planning and optimization of procurement costs
• Recording and archiving procurement documentation (offers, contracts, invoices, delivery notes)
• Resolving complaints, returns, and other irregularities in the procurement process
• Monitoring price movements in the metal and material market and supplier analysis
• Reporting to management on costs, deadlines, and order status
• Participating in the development and improvement of procurement processes
• Organization of field operations as needed, including transport of vehicles and coordination of material and equipment transport
