Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

Troubleshoot and repair equipment

Install and configure new equipment

Ability to collaborate with others and work well on a team

Document all work performed and provide reports to management

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service

Follow shift working system

Follow company procedures and safety policies

Requirements:

Degree in related Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical Engineering.

Preferred technical background in electronics, mechanics, and/or software

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
