Weekend Part-Time Call Centre Associates

We are hiring Part-Time Call Centre Associates to handle customer enquiries and support services. What you will do:

• Answer customer calls and emails
• Assist with enquiries and feedback
• Record basic information in system

Working Hours (4.5 hrs fixed shift, no rotation) Every Weekend (Sat & Sun only)

• 10:30am – 3:00pm
• 3:00pm – 7:30pm

Applicants may indicate preferred shift. Salary

• Weekend: 17/hour

Requirements

• Basic English communication
• Basic computer skills
• Responsible and punctual
• Able to commit to a 1-year part-time contract
• Able to work a fixed weekly schedule
