Job Summary We are hiring a Lead Senior Developer to drive application development, lead technical design, and mentor development teams while ensuring delivery quality and timelines. Responsibilities Lead system enhancement initiatives and manage end-to-end development delivery to meet project timelines and quality standards Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to enhance coding practices and team capabilities Review and validate design, code, and architecture decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and scalability requirements Enforce adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality software outputs Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders, QA teams, and infrastructure groups to align development efforts with operational needs Support release management processes and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system stability and performance
