Degree/Professional: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Experience:

• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in insurance accounting, agency accounting, tax, commission, bonus, incentive, or payment operations.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, VAS, tax requirements, personal income tax withholding, and life insurance agency transactions.
