- Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow experience, including hands-on experience leading ServiceNow delivery.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow projects, from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, and closure.
- Strong expertise in project planning, RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and change control.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
