Security Operations Center Lead - SOC Lead

5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Operations.

Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising a Security Operations Centre (SOC) team.

Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day SOC operations during assigned shifts.

Supervise SOC Analysts and coordinate workload and escalations.

Oversee security monitoring, alert analysis, and incident triage.

Direct incident response coordination and operational handovers.

Use AI-enabled security tools to improve threat detection and response.

Required Skills SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools.

Security alert analysis and incident response.

SOC shift management, escalation handling, and team supervision.

AI-enabled security operations tools.

Education & Certifications Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.

GCIH, Microsoft SC-200, or equivalent certification required.
