E-shop order management (attention to detail in picking & packing). Organization & maintenance of high standards of cleanliness & store image. Management of targets and focus on the customer experience. Required Qualifications: Essential previous experience in a similar position (at least 1 year) – We are looking for people who know what responsibility in a store means. Passion for Gaming, Technology & Collectibles. Proven experience in sales, customer service, e-shop & order management. Team spirit, consistency, organization, and willingness to take initiative. Very good knowledge of English (Writing/Speaking). Important note: Our store operates on two floors and this position involves regular movement throughout the working day. You will need to move between floors, use stairs regularly, receive goods, handle deliveries, carry and lift boxes, replenish stock, prepare orders from the online store, and help maintain the cleanliness and good presentation of the store. Therefore, a positive attitude towards manual labor is essential! We are looking for someone who is energetic, proactive, and comfortable with the physical fitness required by retail. Everyone contributes, and we believe in a team culture where no one just stands behind and waits for someone else to do the work. If you are looking for a position where you mainly stand behind a counter or as an office employee and wait for customers, this position is not the right one for you. Benefits: Stable employment with continuous hours. Weekly shifts (no late nights/holidays, not all Saturdays). 40 hours per week, 5-day or 6-day.
