Your Missions

We are looking for an IT Product Owner to strengthen the team in charge of the IT applications supporting RCSA Compliance frameworks.

You will work in a structured environment, in close connection with the Compliance, Operational Risk, and IT teams, with a key role in prioritizing needs, managing the backlog, and providing functional supervision to a team of Business Analysts.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying the product vision of the RCSA Compliance application and managing its roadmap
• Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing the needs of the business teams (Compliance / Operational Risk)
• Translating business needs into a clear and prioritized product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Supervising and coordinating a team of Business Analysts (scoping, review, and validation of deliverables)
• Challenging functional solutions in connection with RCSA issues, controls, incidents, and action plans
• Collaborating closely with IT teams (MOE, architects, QA, run)
• Participating in project meetings and ensuring structured reporting
• Contributing to functional testing phases and securing production deployments
• Working in an international context (professional English required)

Your Skills

Profile Description

The profile we are looking for for this position includes the following skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Ownership, Senior Business Analysis, or an equivalent role in a banking environment
• Proven experience with IT applications having a strong regulatory or risk component (Operational Risk and/or RCSA)
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of Business Analysts
• Solid understanding of banking processes and complex IT environments
• Excellent analysis, structuring, and communication skills
• Professional English required (international context)
