Sr. Solution Architect

Workato Solution Architect – Enterprise Integration & Intelligent Automation

We are seeking a hands-on Workato Solution Architect to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration and automation solutions across SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft, custom applications, databases, APIs, and other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, and reliable integrations using Workato.
• Develop recipes, reusable components, custom connectors, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Implement real-time, batch, event-driven, and API-based integrations.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, and error handling.
• Lead architecture discussions, technical design, troubleshooting, deployments, and production support.
• Establish Workato standards, governance, security controls, and best practices.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities using Workato AI and enterprise AI services.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience as a Workato Solution Architect or Integration Architect & expertise in Workato recipes, custom connectors, APIs, workflow orchestration, deployments, and monitoring.
• Experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, and custom applications.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SQL, webhooks, SFTP, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security & experience with enterprise integration patterns, troubleshooting, and production support. Having strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

AI & Automation

Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation, document processing, classification, summarization, intelligent routing, decision support, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Skills

• Workato certifications (Automation Pro or equivalent).
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• SAP, Salesforce, Azure, API management, DevOps/CI-CD, and governance experience.
