Microsoft Dynamics-Applications Programmer

Analyst Programmer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform expertise to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise business applications. The role involves developing scalable solutions, customizing CRM applications, integrating enterprise systems, and maintaining secure, high-performing applications aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and maintain application code, plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations based on technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web Services, and Azure services.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, defect resolution, and application enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation and support production environments.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best coding practices.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Analyst Programmer, Applications Programmer, Computer Programmer, Systems Programmer, Technical Programmer, or equivalent software development role.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise application development, CRM customization, system integration, and software maintenance.
• Proven experience writing and maintaining application code based on technical specifications and business requirements.
