Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Tech Mahindra is looking for Telephone customer service agents with call center experience for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the USA.
Activities:
Voice: Sales, Troubleshooting and Cross selling.
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in a bilingual call center (Monday to Sunday with two days off during the week)
- Advanced level of conversational English
- Full-time availability. Service window from 08:00 to 21:00 hrs. (only 8 working hours are covered)
- Education: Bachillerato or High school (diploma or certificate required)
Start date: September 25 and 30, 2026
Site located in Tecnoparque Azcapotzalco, CDMX
Activity:
On-site, Monday to Saturday schedule with two fixed days off during the week from 07:00 to 22:00 hrs. (service window)
Training program: from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
Monday to Friday, once in Nesting it will be Monday to Sunday with days off during the week.
