• Telephone attention with excellent customer service, providing important information, and resolving doubts regarding Internet and Telephony services contracted for an important company in the USA.

Requirements:

• Completed and verifiable High School.
• Advanced conversational English
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Call Center (VERIFIABLE)
• JOB STABILITY IS INDISPENSABLE
• Proficiency in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office

Work Zone:

AZCAPOTZALCO, TECNOPARQUE.

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY:

Service window 6am - 6:30pm / Monday to Sunday (Works 8 hrs + 1 hr lunch) 2 days off (FIXED SUNDAY and 1 rotating day)
