Senior Account Manager-TikTok (Leading E-Commerce agency)

Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers. Manage a portfolio of brands across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, driving sales growth and GMV performance. Develop marketplace strategies, campaign plans, and performance optimization initiatives. Monitor team and account performance, ensuring business targets are achieved. Build strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact for strategic discussions. Collaborate with platform partners and internal teams to deliver successful commerce campaigns. Drive live commerce and shoppertainment initiatives to support brand growth. Oversee account profitability, resource planning, and overall cluster performance. Identify growth opportunities, develop team capabilities, and provide solutions to business challenges.

Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in sales, marketing, communication, e-commerce management, or related roles Data-focused with advanced Excel skills Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or experience in Creative/Marketing agencies Good communication and client-facing skills Ability to communicate well in English Immediate availability will be an advantage
