Design Coordinator (Structural Engineer) - ระยอง/ชลบุรี

1. Cross-Discipline Alignment: Coordinate structural designs with architects and MEP engineers to resolve conflicts and clashes.
2. Design Meetings: Lead technical meetings with consultants and contractors to track progress and solve issues.
3. Document Control: Manage and issue the latest Approved for Construction (IFC) drawings and redlines to the site team.
4. Shop Drawing Review: Review structural shop drawings and calculations to ensure constructability, safety, and efficiency.
5. RFI Resolution: Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and field change requests from the site.
6. Value Engineering: Propose alternative structural solutions to optimize project costs and timelines without compromising quality.
7. Statutory Approvals: Prepare and check structural documentation for local authority submissions and permits.
8. Code Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering Over 5+ years of experience in structural design engineering in a design coordination or project management role within construction projects Expert proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / MS Office Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines Good command of spoken and written English, must be able to communicate in English.
