BIM Manager (ระยอง) - Good command of English

1. Lead, supervise, and develop the BIM team, including BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers.
2. Coordinate BIM activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
3. Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with project BIM standards and procedures.
4. Review and monitor BIM models to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
5. Oversee the development of construction drawings, shop drawings, and BIM deliverables.
6. Conduct and supervise clash detection using BIM software and facilitate BIM coordination meetings.
7. Monitor BIM workflow, project progress, and model deliverables to meet project schedules.
8. Support quantity take-off, model-based coordination, and construction simulations where required.
9. Troubleshoot BIM-related technical issues and provide guidance to project teams.
10. Promote BIM best practices, standards, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Civil engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM management, construction drawing development, or site construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project execution. ** Good command of spoken and written English. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM/3D modeling software. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Knowledge of BIM standards, clash detection processes, and model quality control. Autodesk certification or professional engineering/architectural license is an advantage.
