Tech-Event is an IT service provider for event organizers, structured around two departments: Digital and On Site. The company offers solutions for registration, ticketing, accreditation, and access control. The event project manager position is predominantly digital-oriented, making solid digital expertise indispensable

Your missions

As a specialist in event project management, you are at the heart of the client relationship. You coordinate internal teams (IT and technical) as well as external stakeholders (partners and service providers). You are the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the project

Digital Solutions:

• Analyze, formalize, and translate clients' digital needs.
• Configure, deploy, or coordinate the implementation of registration, ticketing, and accreditation platforms
• Manage the project from end to end: respect for schedules, testing, and deliverables
• Support and train clients in the use of digital solutions

On site Solutions:

• Transmit hardware needs to the technical teams
• Transcribe registration and access control scenarios to the IT teams
• Validate the functioning of deployed solutions (turnstiles, access control, attendance statistics)
• Brief users of our solutions

Skills

Mandatory:

• A general understanding of "web" technologies.
• Mastery of office tools
• Intermediate English
• Driving license (Permis B)

Appreciated:

• CMS experience (WordPress, Drupal...)
• HTML, CSS languages
• Understanding of general database functioning (without a development role)
