Your Tasks

• Package Development: You are responsible for processing package and styling topics throughout the entire product development process - from the concept phase to component release.
• Total Vehicle Integration: You analyze and optimize the overall vehicle package, taking design, function, and integration requirements into account.
• Project Management: You lead an interdisciplinary project team, track development progress, and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations.
• Interface Management: You coordinate cooperation between Design, Development, and other specialist departments to ensure technically feasible solutions.
• Package Reviews: You conduct regular reviews and ensure a consistent vehicle architecture.
• Technical Releases: You coordinate release reviews and ensure the technical maturity of components and systems.
• Requirements Management: You manage technical requirements, monitor project status, and report on development progress.
• Technical Leadership: You support Zone Architects and accompany Packaging Engineers through technical coaching and know-how transfer.

Your Profile

• Technical Education: You have completed training (HTL, FH, or TU) in Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Telematik, Informatik, or a comparable field.
• Development Experience: You have several years of experience in function, property, or component development in the Automotive environment.
• Project Leadership: Ideally, you bring experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams or in technical project management.
• System Understanding: You possess a sound understanding of overall vehicle architectures as well as networked mechatronic systems.
• Communication: You convince through a confident appearance, organizational skills, and enjoyment of working with international teams.
• Working Style: You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented, and bring a strong hands-on mentality.
• Language Skills: You have very good written and spoken English skills. German skills are an advantage.

Start with a gross annual salary of at least EUR 53,200 gross annually (38.5 hrs/week), with the possibility of market-conforming overpayment depending on your qualification and professional experience.
