Strategic Procurement Manager
Responsible for monitoring and developing the strategic Procurement team, ensuring the management of R$ 2.6 billion in spend across 35 procurement categories, and controlling strategic processes to ensure the supply of materials and services, respecting SLAs according to Tecban guidelines. Ensure the best acquisition conditions for strategic materials and services in terms of price, quality, and service, respecting established policies and standards in accordance with the Company's Compliance, enhancing results and integrating with business areas. Act with proactivity and strategic innovation in high-complexity categories, anticipating market movements, analyzing trends for risk monitoring, supporting areas with value generation, and ensuring a sustainable supply chain. Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies for high-complexity categories, with specialized market reading, process compliance, and the use of intelligence tools. Qualified demands: hiring of continuous service provision in the areas of information technology, general consultancies, cash-in-transit, ATM maintenance, and the acquisition of capital goods, such as large-scale equipment for information technology (servers, storage, etc.), ATM and accessories, logistics operation, etc.
Responsibilities and duties 1) Seek opportunities for simplification and maximization of efficiency (EBITDA and cash flow) through an external vision, monitoring new sourcing trends and the impacts arising from political and economic factors 2) Active engagement with team members, ensuring that the direction of work is clear and that objectives are met 3) Ensure compliance with the code of ethics, processes, policies, and standards 4) Ensure strategy management: area governance, focusing on excellence in processes, technologies, business model innovation, and professional qualification 5) Be an agent of change for the new supply model and a "right hand" to the operation 6) Ensure control of processes (budget, sourcing calendar, and others), project/initiative management, and indicator management 7) Act in Procurement Intelligence: market monitoring, category strategy, negotiation, supplier engagement, and internal implementation of new strategies 8) Support the team in defining strategy and negotiating with suppliers through robust negotiation techniques and strategic sourcing of categories 9) Act in team development through individualized action with each member to increase team seniority and succession plans 10) Lead the team, acting in the development of individual competencies, guiding, supporting, directing, and motivating employees toward self-development and functional excellence 11) Have a proactive approach with internal clients, providing intelligence and insights on high-complexity categories, being a business partner aiming for cost reduction and a sustainable supply model 12) Understand the demands for new products, services, and functionalities with internal areas and suppliers, monitoring development projects and supplier migration, as well as ensuring the execution of action plans with a focus on financial impacts and performance 13) Manage and monitor the annual goals established by the company 14) Define, implement, and monitor result indicators for the organization, incorporating processes with greater value to the business 15) Develop operational strategies for continuous improvement of adopted processes and models, focusing on improving the quality of results and increasing team productivity 16) Plan and direct activities and human, technological, and financial resources in accordance with the company strategy
Requirements and qualifications Education: Completed Higher Education in Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics. Post-graduate degree in Business Management, Finance, or Strategic Procurement Management. Trainings/Certifications: Desirable specialization in Process Management or Risk Management Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge: Finance, Strategic Negotiation, Planning, People Management, Results Management, Risk Management, Cost Management, Process Management, Management by Indicators, Legal and Tax Knowledge, Strategic Vision. Fluent English.
