*Service Coordinator*
*Tebby Air Conditioning & Heating* is looking for an experienced and motivated *Service Coordinator* to join our team.
We?re seeking someone who is *excellent with people, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow with our company*. In this role, you?ll work closely with customers and service technicians to provide product and service information, coordinate daily activities, and help resolve technical issues.
*Responsibilities*
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Coordinate service technicians? daily schedules and activities
- Order repair parts for service calls and follow up with customers as required
- Document and maintain accurate customer records
- Manage warranty claims and product returns
- Develop and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services
- Assist with inventory management
- Support the service team in resolving customer and technical issues
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in *customer service, HVAC, or a related field*
- Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning and developing technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
