Accountant

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to support our accounting operations and financial reporting. Experience in food and beverage (F&B) is a plus. Responsibilities Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Manage and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting.

Review transactions for proper categorization and accuracy.

Assist with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.

Maintain organized accounting records, supporting documents, and reconciliation schedules.

Support accounting across multiple stores/entities as needed.

Coordinate with the U.S. team to resolve missing documentation, transaction discrepancies, and accounting questions.

2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.

Experience preparing reconciliations and financial reports.

Strong English communication skills are required.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

F&B industry experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement Full-time, remote position based in Egypt.

This role works a night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.

Candidates must have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a suitable remote working environment.

Regular availability for communication and meetings with the U.S.-based team is required.
