Project Manager

Your tasks

• Manage projects from brief to execution.
• Create and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Account, Creative, Production, Procurement, vendors, and clients.
• Make sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality.
• Oversee production, installation, and on-ground execution.
• Identify potential issues early and work with the team to find the right solutions.
• Keep everyone aligned, organized, and on track throughout the project.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Event, Brand Activation, Creative Agency, Exhibition, or 3D Build & Production.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Strong sense of ownership — you don’t just manage the project, you take responsibility for making it happen.
• Able to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented when deadlines get tight.
• Willing to work on-site or outside regular working hours when required by the project.
