Retail Associate (Full Time) | Orchard
About the company
We are the Singapore distributor for Havaianas and Superga, two global footwear brands loved for their colour, comfort and everyday style. We run brand stores in the heart of Orchard (Takashimaya and ION Orchard), alongside our online and wholesale channels.
Your tasks
What you’ll do
- Greet and serve customers, understand their needs and recommend the right styles and sizes
- Drive sales and hit store targets, including add on and multi pair sales
- Handle cashiering, payments, exchanges and returns accurately
- Keep the store visually sharp: replenish stock, organise displays and follow visual merchandising guidelines
- Support stock receiving, transfers and stock counts
- Process online orders and exchanges when needed
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but fresh entrants with the right attitude are welcome
- Friendly, confident and proactive with customers
- Sales driven and a strong team player
- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Interest in footwear, fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus
Other
Working hours 5 to 6 days per week, retail shift schedule between 10am and 10pm.
