Ecommerce Operations Assistant (Order Fulfilment) | Jurong East

Your tasks
You will keep our online orders moving: processed accurately, packed well, and out the door on time. This role suits someone who is organised, likes things done properly, and enjoys a mix of desk work and hands on fulfilment.
- Process daily orders across Shopify, TikTok Shop and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada)
- Pick, pack and quality check orders, and prepare parcels for 3PL collection
- Meet same day shipping cutoffs and keep the packing area neat and organised
- Handle returns and exchanges, inspect returned items, and update stock accordingly
- Manage stock updates, inbound stock and product listings across platforms
- Support TikTok Live sessions with product prep and order follow up
- Work with customer service on order issues, delays and missing items
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Minimum O Level, Nitec or equivalent
- Experience in ecommerce, order fulfilment or retail operations is a plus, but we will train the right person
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop or Shopee is a bonus
- Strong communication skills, able to coordinate clearly with customer service, the warehouse and couriers
- Able to multitask and stay organised across several platforms and tight shipping cutoffs
- Careful, detail oriented and able to work quickly without making errors
- Reliable, takes ownership, and is happy to get hands on
- Able to lift and move cartons of stock
- Interest in fashion, footwear or lifestyle brands is a plus

Working hours 5.5 days a week Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm Saturday, 10am to 3pm
