They are looking for a Support Engineer (Mechatronics) M/F to support the development of their business in France and internationally.

Your tasks

The objective will be to ensure technical demonstrations for customers and to manage the after-sales service of high-tech equipment.

• Accompany sales teams during technical demonstrations at customer sites, both in France and internationally (a key step in triggering sales).
• Ensure the after-sales service (SAV) of delivered products.
• Perform multi-domain technical diagnostics, retrofits, and necessary modifications on equipment.
• Provide support to the design office for the deployment of tests and the implementation of new functionalities.

Requirements

• You have more than 2/3 years of experience in complex electronic systems.
• You have a technical profile, with a global understanding of mechanics and electronics.
• You are capable of finding ingenious solutions in the field and thrive in a customer-facing role.
• Operational English: reading, writing, speaking.
• You must be a French national (constraint related to the defense sector).
