Your tasks

They are looking for a Workplace Manager (M/F) in Bazainville to guarantee the performance, availability, and optimization of the IT fleet for their network of stores.

The objective will be to supervise the deployment of hardware and solutions while ensuring quality of service and end-user satisfaction.

Guarantee the proper functioning of the store fleet by managing inventories, validating technical and financial choices, administering item catalogs, and ensuring the monitoring of the IT asset lifecycle.

Lead IT projects within the store perimeter by defining and implementing the deployment strategy for hardware and services, and representing the Management to suppliers.

Manage your team composed of 4 local technicians by supervising them, supporting them in their development, uniting the team, and ensuring upward and downward communication.

Ensure the operational and strategic management of the activity by following operating and investment budgets, producing reports, and participating in the improvement of purchasing, renewal, and maintenance processes.

Requirements

You hold a minimum of a Bac+3 level degree in IT and have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position, including a significant part in hierarchical team management (minimum 4 people).

You have proven experience in managing a complete and heterogeneous IT fleet (approximately 13,000 workstations including Microsoft PCs and Apple peripherals).

You possess proven mastery of partner management, supplier contract management, and autonomous budget management.***

You have an operational level of English, both written and spoken, to ensure exchanges with suppliers.***

You are organized, rigorous in meeting deadlines, endowed with a keen sense of responsibility and good stress management.***

You are mobile for a position based in Bazainville (78) involving a majority on-site presence, with 1 to 2 trips per month to Nanterre and occasional trips to stores across the national territory.
