Your tasks

They are looking for a Security Engineer (M/F) to support the growth of their business in France and internationally, particularly in managing a very high-traffic platform (more than 19 million users). The objective will be to drive the security posture from end to end, covering both defensive and offensive aspects.

• Continuously develop and improve the SIEM (Sumo Logic) by refining alerts and reducing noise across all environments***
• Become the guarantor of detection and proactive threat hunting within a cloud infrastructure***
• Identify, qualify, and manage security incidents, from triage to resolution and conducting post-mortems
• Develop forensic analyses on suspicious activities within a multi-account AWS infrastructure***
• Monitor the progress of offensive security operations, including penetration testing and Red Team exercises
• Build a lasting and trusting relationship with internal teams (back-end, front-end, infrastructure, product) to infuse security best practices (secure-by-design)
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of a security documentation framework, including standards, runbooks, and incident playbooks***
• Participate in the global strategy of the security team, notably by contributing to the definition of upcoming recruitments and the sizing of the function

Requirements

• You hold an engineering degree or a Master's degree (Bac+5) specialized in the field, or you have at least 5 years of experience in a French Tech 120 environment or equivalent***
• You have at least 3 years of experience (excluding internships and work-study programs) as a Security Engineer within an AWS environment in a tech start-up or scale-up***
• You have already managed the security of a very high-volume platform, with a minimum of 100,000 active daily users
• You are a resolutely proactive person, capable of anticipating potential hacks and possessing a very hands-on posture
• You speak and write fluent professional English (minimum C1 level)
• You must be based in Paris or the near suburbs (profiles based in other provinces will not be considered)***
• You are completely comfortable with adult content, knowing that the position involves daily exposure to pornographic content as part of security analyses
