Your tasks

They are looking for a Data Scientist & AI Engineer Consultant to work on strategic client projects, from a deep understanding of business challenges to the production deployment of solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy data science and machine learning pipelines (segmentation, scoring, time series, explanatory models, RAG)
• Develop and orchestrate business AI agents (LLM, tool-augmented workflows, multi-agent architectures)
• Industrialize models and pipelines: testing, monitoring, observability, performance
• Work in cloud and/or on-premise environments, sometimes constrained (security, governance, performance)
• Act as a proactive proposer regarding methodological, technical, and architectural choices
• Work in direct interaction with data, IT, and business teams at client sites
• Contribute to internal products (frameworks, libraries, business agents)
• Participate in R&D work around AI agents (multi-agent orchestration for complex task resolution)
• Contribute to client training and team skill development (technical reviews, sharing best practices)

Requirements

• You hold a Master's degree or a degree from a Top engineering / business school (e.g., Polytechnique, Télécom Paris, CentraleSupélec, ENSAE Paris, Mines Paris - PSL, ENSTA Paris, Centrale Lyon, X-HEC, ESSEC-CentraleSupélec, MVA, Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, or recognized international degrees such as Imperial College, UCL, ETH Zurich, EPFL, Cambridge)
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in data science and/or ML engineering on projects deployed in production
• You have at least one experience with an agentic system delivered in production
• You master Python, data/ML pipelines, statistical modeling, applied ML, as well as agentic architectures and patterns
• You have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or on-premise, as well as knowledge in DevOps / MLOps / LLMOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, observability)
• You possess a consulting mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for decision-makers and non-technical profiles
• You speak fluent English (international clients) and are based in Paris
