Restaurant Bar Waiter (M/F)

Your mission Under the direct responsibility of the chef cuisinier and in collaboration with the barman, you are one of the faces of L'Esprit M to our clientele. Your role is essential to guarantee a convivial, professional, and memorable experience.

Your main missions will be to:

Prepare and set up the dining room and its annexes (cleaning, tidying, management of consumables). Warmly welcome customers, listen to them, provide information, and accompany them throughout their experience. Take orders and ensure fluid, precise, and smiling service. Promote the restaurant and bar menus: seasonal dishes, wines, craft beers, cocktails with and without alcohol. Advise customers on food-wine/beer/cocktail pairings, with professionalism and passion. Participate in the plating of starters and desserts in connection with the cuisinier and the barman. Build customer loyalty through your availability, listening skills, and sense of hospitality.

Profile sought

Training: CAP Service Restauration appreciated. Experience: 3 years minimum in traditional catering.

Technical skills: Knowledge of wines, beers, cocktails. Mastery of technological tools (caisse software). Management of allergens and adaptation to various dietary constraints. Good level of English; a second language (Spanish, German, Italian) is a plus.

Additional assets: Permis B and/or A appreciated. Knowledge of the motorcycle environment would be a plus.
