Quality Control Technician (M/F)

The Team Emploi group is recruiting a Workshop Technician (M/F) for one of its clients. Your missions will be as follows:

• Use measuring instruments to perform dimensional controls of received parts and finished products.
• Perform electrical controls of finished products (multimeters, insulation, hot testing).
• Perform visual controls on products to detect apparent defects.
• Document control results accurately by performing computer acceptance in the ERP 4D for parts after control.
• Maintain and clean the workstation (5S).
• Respect the expected deadlines regarding controls.
• Report any malfunctions or anomalies.
• Draft non-conformity reports if necessary and transmit them to suppliers, then follow up on supplier responses, or centralize, issue, and transmit documents to customers.

• DUT Mesures Physiques
• Knowledge of dimensional controls (caliper, palmer, bore gauge) and electrical controls.
• Good understanding of mechanical plans and electrical diagrams
• Mastery of the Office pack
• Intermediate English
• Knowledge of RCCM (Règles de Conception et de Construction des Matériels mécaniques) and RCCE (règles de conception et de construction des matériels électriques des centrales nucléaires) for expert level.
• Dye penetrant testing
• Ability to interpret a welding specification
• Dye penetrant certification for confirmed / expert profiles
